How to use Olaplex No.3
- Wet your hair and squeeze out excess water.
- Apply a generous amount from mid-lengths to ends.
- Leave on for 3 minutes.
- Rinse, then shampoo and condition as usual.
Use every 1–3 washes.

Do I use No.3 before or after shampoo?
Before. Apply to wet hair, leave for 3 minutes, rinse, then shampoo and condition.
How often should I use it?
Every 1–3 washes.
What should I use after No.3?
Follow with Olaplex No.4 Shampoo and No.5 Conditioner, then style with No.6 Bond Smoother or No.7 Bonding Oil. A larger 250ml No.3 PLUS is also available.
